Information was invaluable. I learned so much. I had already attended other ante-natal classes but this one was by far the most informative, useful and empowering. It completely changed my outlook on giving birth, instilling confidence in my body’s capability to deal with labour.

Reading books about pregnancy and birth is one thing, taking part in this workshop is a totally different one. Very Good! All in all it was a very useful workshop. I did like the structure, the pictures, the books on display, the atmosphere!!! and of course you, the very experienced teacher.

The venue and the catering was truly amazing.The booklet was really good, there was no need to take notes. It was great meeting others and being taught in a calm and positive manner. All of the information about the different birth options was particularly good and how to take control of your own birth in these different situations.
