This workshop gives fathers the opportunity to learn simple massage techniques that will enhance their baby’s overall sense of well being. The importance of being touched with a loving hand is well documented.
We look at ways of helping to relieve colic, restlessness and other early digestive problems. We also work with your baby’s innate flexibility and help to transform this into  strength which will remain with  your baby for many years to come.

The classes are fun   as well as  a great way to meet other dads.
Towels, mats, and organic oils are provided. Mothers enjoy this time together.

Afterwards, tea, coffee and home made scones are provided for all to share..
